We require the individual booking to meet the minimum age stated in each listing (typically 24-25 years old minimum). When booking, you must provide valid ID for verification and complete our online booking process. After your booking is confirmed, you will received an email with confirmation details.
For reservations made directly through our website, our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund until 30 days before check-in, 50% refund until 7 days before check in, less than 7 days before check-in is non-refundable. To request a cancellation, simply email us with your reservation number.
Standard check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Any early check-in or late check-out is based on occupancy and availability and must be approved in advance.
Yes, most of our properties are pet friendly. Please verify that the property you are booking is pet friendly prior to completing your reservation, and indicate that you are brining a pet on the booking form.

Not at all! We proudly provide high quality towels and linens at each of our rental units. No need to worry about brining your own.
In addition to quality towels and linens, our units also come stocked with coffee and tea, hand soaps, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper and shower soap/shampoo. If at any point in your stay you run out of one of these items, please contact us and we will supply more at our discretion.
